Orders purchased before 4pm will be dispatched same working day.
Orders after 4pm will be dispatched next working day.
Bank Holidays and weekends are not included as delivery days.

We only deliver orders by road and do not deliver by air, as such we are not able to ship to the U.S. or Rest of World….

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please note that our Ssōne store and office will be closed from December 24th - January 2nd. The website will be still running as normal over this time. However, for all customer services enquiries, emails will be checked intermittently and we will do our best to reply to anything urgent. Please be aware that our responses may be slower than usual. Any returns will be processed when we return back to work on January 2nd. We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We recommend placing orders before 12pm Tuesday December 22nd for guaranteed pre-Christmas Delivery. 



EU & INTERNATIONAL

We recommend placing orders by 3pm Friday December 18th for pre-Christmas Delivery.

Order placed between December 24th - January 2nd will be dispatched on January 2nd. Please be aware that this is a very busy time of year so it may take slightly longer for your order to be delivered. Any questions for orders placed during this time period will be answered from Saturday, January 2nd.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns must be received within 28 days of delivery. Please use your own courier to send back your return. We advise that you use a trackable service incase of any loss or damage in transit. Fill out the form included in your order and include in your parcel. Please return items to: XXXX. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. A return request outside of the 28 day window may be accepted at our discretion. Please email us at enquiries@ssone.com with your enquiry. We don’t offer free returns because…..

 


REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have been charged duties and taxes these will not be refunded. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 5 working days to see the funds in your account, depending on your card issuer.

 


RETURNS POLICY

All returns should be sent back with tags attached and footwear with the Ssōne shoe box included. Please ensure when returning footwear that the Ssōne shoe box is protected using the carton provided. Returns will only be accepted in an unworn condition and in their original condition. Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team.
