To reduce our environmental impact we only deliver orders by road and not by air, as such we are unable to ship to the US or outside of the EU.
Our Carbon Emission Responsibility: As part of our sustainability journey and belief in contributing to the wellbeing of our planet, we have proudly partnered with WeForest. This means for every Ssōne order dispatched, a tree will be planted. According to a study from Oxford University, trees are the most effective technology to help reduce carbon dioxide and reverse global warming.
We hope you are happy with your order, however in the event that you need to make a return this must be received within 28 days of delivery.
1 — Post your return using your own courier using a trackable service in-case of any loss or damage in transit to:

2 — You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. A return request outside of the 28 day window may be accepted at our discretion. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry.
All returns should be sent back with tags attached and footwear within the included Ssōne shoe box. Please ensure when returning footwear that the Ssōne shoe box is protected using the carton provided.
— Returns will only be accepted unworn and in their original condition. — Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked. — Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. — We ensure all orders are fully checked before leaving our warehouse, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at email@example.com — We are always looking at ways to decrease returns with a view to reducing the carbon footprint of our garments. To support this, we have decided not to offer a free returns service and to instead increase the information provided about the product. If there is anything else you would like to know about our products that you cannot find on our site, please contact our friendly customer service team, we are happy to help and love hearing your feedback.
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card and we will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Kindly allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes.
